I love those moments where my entire body feels like it's GLOWING because of how powerful the spirit is. 

Those moments where I remember that THIS is how I want to feel all the time. 

Singing the EFY medley with the entire LBRM for Elder Renlund was one of those GLOWING moments. 

200+ missionaries singing their little guts out just beaming & glowing together. 

I loved that day.

I ran into Lola from Denham!!!!! We set a date with her & her husband, Travis, the day before we got transferred.... 

THEY WERE BAPTIZED YESTERDAY!!! 

Lola was TRANSFORMED. She has blossomed. Flourished! Filled with a confidence I'd never seen before. Glowing, if you will. 

Speaking of a confidence never before seen.... ME behind the wheels of a FRONTIER. We got a truck for our area & I now refuse to drive ANYTHING else. 

What's a car??? What's an equinox??? I only speak truck. 

Yeah, that whole paragraph was a lie! I want my equinox back. 

Christine Bourlet passed her baptismal interview!!!! 

"That was the best interview I've EVER had. She is truly truly converted"- Elder Sula. 

Another glowing moment, this time for Christine. 

Our friend, Diana, started reading the Book of Mormon with her husband. 

They lay down together on his hospital bed and she reads to him. His nurse was curious about it and now SHE has a Book of Mormon gifted to her by Diana. Glow baby glow.

HERE'S A BIBLE SHANTY

While on exchanges, Sister Leavitt and I prayed AND taught a lesson together!! 

WHILE WE WERE BOTH DEAD ASLEEP?!?!?!? 

We woke up as we were saying "amen"...... 

We CACKLED and then shlumped until 6:30am where we did both of those things AWAKE!! 

Asked an 18yr old boy to speak at a 17yr old girl's baptism....his response? "Is she cute?" 

Anna Cater was baptized and confirmed!!!!!!!!! 

Agh she was BEAMING after her confirmation, it was so powerful. 

The font in Hammond fills faster than ANY font I have ever filled & we almost flooded the church...... There might have been a nice little splash (to the bathroom) when Anna went under the water.

"I'm not gonna lie to you"...Yolanda is an angel, but I swear she boils her rice in STRAIGHT cigarette juice. Tasted like I broke the word of wisdom. 

Also is chicken supposed to be highlighter pink??

Good thing I was sitting by an open window... 

Met Lynn this week! She was endowed in 2002 and then fell AWAY from the church!  BUT SHE'S BACK & loving the church again!!  Also her husband, Carlton, is VERY interested in learning more about it....... got em. 

I ate so much soup this week I feel like I'm living in 'The Tale of Despereaux'. NOT mad about it. 

Kathy's TWO SONS finally joined our lessons and are absolutely loving the Book of Mormon! 

Who can blame them??? 

I love love love the Jesus in the new Book of Mormon videos. He just RADIATES goodness and love. Watch it.

Anna is SO ready to be baptized on Saturday. 

Went on exchanges with Sister Knight & Sister Foutz this week! ALWAYS a good time! Put Kathy & David on date for baptism!

Poor sweet Kathy's husband passed away and she said that all she wanted was some flowers. We ZOOMED to Walmart and got the most cheerful yellow flowers we could find. Pray for Kathy. 

This week was MEMBER WEEK!!!! Members involved in 100% of missionary work! 24/7! All day every day! 

We didn't quite get 100%....BUT it was an INSPIRING week. 

We had a POWERFUL lesson with Christine & Sister Abel that just reminded me how crucial members are in this work. 

YOU are NEEDED in God's work. 

The missionaries need your help! Help them! Please! 

Patricia kept complimenting me on how kind I am because I always back Sister Cropper out of her driveway. "Neato!"

Sister Evans just randomly pulled out a MASSIVE SWORD in the middle of the church gym, balanced it ON HER HEAD and put on a little show for us......and a senior couple..... and 2 sets of elders..... 

Shocking to say the least.

Last p-day was a day of pain. 

I'M NEVER EATING GUMBO AGAIN. The entire district got WIPED OUT in one day. 

Thank you to that kind member who gave us all free food poisoning.

We were all dying & poor elder Lighthall was HEAVING his guts out every 30 seconds. 

BUT yan yan & jack took us to cate street and we got a delicious sushi pizza?????? big BIG fan. 

SISTER CORREIA & I WENT ON EXCHANGES!!!!!!!! My dream exchange. She is the purest sweetie angel head and all I want to be. She reminds me of Kelly Spangler. 

We blitzed Covington. 

14 missionaries & 7+ members SWARMED that little area for an entire day and MIRACLES WERE SEEN. 

Hammond next? Please? 

Anna & Christine are ON DATE & PUMPED to join Christ's fold. Love them.
