WATCHED a puppy go through OPEN HEART SURGERY...THANKFULLY the operation was a success & MANY tears were shed when that lil puppy was well enough to bark and walk again. 

All thanks to the late Elder Challis & AAA batteries for reviving that stuffed animal. 

ALY, TRINITY, & JOEY are some of the newest members of THE one true church!!!!!! It was such a happy day AND THEN IT ONLY GOT HAPPIER because Travis & Lali said that they want to be baptized too!!! 

MAN my last day in Denham was a GOOD ONE!

BUT BYE BYE DENHAM & HELLO HAMMOND.

I already love Hammond & everything in it.

That thing had given birth 2 hours before we got there and was still absolutely COATED in blood & after birth!! YUM! But don't worry, that was NOT gonna stop that cat from crawling all over my dress! 

Thank goodness!! Yay!! Whoop! 

Sister Cropper might not be able to LAST 4 more weeks on the mission when she could accept Gary's marriage proposal INSTEAD!!!

SO of course I tested it out. 

Basically I sat there just BASKING in awe over the gift of repentance. 

REPENTANCE BOGGLES MY MIND. 

My teeny tiny little baby brain can barely comprehend a persons ability to COMPLETELY change. 

How often do I stick people in a box & tell myself that they will ALWAYS act or be a certain way??? 

Way too often... BUT NO!

People can & DO change DAILY!!!!!!!!!!! 

Imagine if I was the same ryan from high school..... or middle school...... uhhhhhh PLEASE NO. 

Repentance really is a gift. A BLESSING. 

Just look at Alma the younger!! Look at Ammon & Aaron & Omner & Himni!! "they were the VILEST of sinners" BUT because of repentance they became some of the Lord's MOST devout servants! 

REDISCOVERING the WONDER and AWE in the gospel MADE ME SO PUMPED!!!!!!! 

Continually in awe over the Atonement, & the Plan of Salvation, and eternal families, and everything else our Father in Heaven has so kindly given us. 

TAKE TIME TO BASK IN WONDER FOR THIS INCREDIBLE GOSPEL!! 

it's a blast.

Highlight of the week was Sister Cropper's bike tire POPPING 4 miles from home!! The sun demolished us and turned us into lil lobsters... whatta powerful september sun.

Was FORCED against my WILL to go on exchanges with Sister Larsen!!!!!! Traumatizing. 

SHE POURS HER MILK BEFORE SHE POURS HER CEREAL!?!?!?! 

Hehe I love Sister Larsen with my whole heart. It was A BLAST & I wish I could go on exchanges with her daily.  

We got to eat a MASSIVE bowl of salad with VERY expired Italian dressing! Tasted like acid & felt like it in my stomach too!! (I won't name names but Sister Larsen threw up 5 times) 

We taught Trennon & Gabby the Plan of Salvation!!! I drew it out with chalk in front of their house and apparently miss J. got FINED by her landlord because of my chalk drawing...... oopsies. 

Gave Lali a pamphlet about the restoration at Walmart on Tuesday!!!

Her husband, THAT day... in SLC GOT THE EXACT SAME PAMPHLET from other missionaries?!?!?!?!? 

WHAT!!!! WHAT!!!! blew our minds. 

We all SOBBED during our first lesson with them as we taught them about the Restoration & The Book of Mormon, also they LOVED church on Sunday. 

Isaiah and Terrance WHOOPED & CHEERED for Sister Ervin after her musical number during sacrament meeting........ 

"REMEMBER TO RETAIN THE NAME WRITTEN ALWAYS ON YOUR HEART........For how knoweth a man the master whom he has not served, and who is a STRANGER unto him, and is FAR from the thoughts and intents of his heart?" Mosiah 5:12-13 

Don't let God be a stranger!!!! Have Him in ALL your thoughts & ALL your actions!! We can't know Him until we serve Him, SO SERVE HIM.

DROVE A 2022 RAV4 ALONE FOR 30 MINS FROM THE DEALERSHIP TO THE MISSION OFFICE. 

I REPEAT. ALONE. FOR 30 MINS. 

An older man at church went up to me BEAMING, put his hand on my back and said, "you remind me of a little girl." 

Leonard JUMPED in and said "probably because she is a little girl. A little baby girl."

Called Audrey for an over the phone lesson! 

She picks up PANTING, "Can we make this a quick one? I am currently in labor." 

Me: Sure! Do you wanna say the opening prayer? 

Hehe kidding. We let her go REAL quick. 

Been envisioning EVERYONE at their full potential! As what they can become, & what they ONCE WERE! They've already accepted Christ before!! We just have to help them remember!!

Sister Avritt LOVES Chuck E Cheese, but calls it "chunky cheese." She raved about chunky cheese for 10 minutes the last time we saw her & she's converted me. Nothing beats chunky cheese. 

AIREN came to volleyball night & is now reading the Book of Mormon!!! everyone please judge his parents for spelling his name like that. 

Leonard was ordained a priest & I felt like a proud mother on her kids first day of school...wondering how he grew up so fast. 

Found a FIRE poem.

Art thou working for THEM or for ME? 

Life is so much happier, so much brighter, so much more meaningful, when we live for HIM and not for ANYONE else. 

When the praise of man means more to us than the praise of God, life gets LAME. We seek for recognition as pride and insecurities take control. 

Ugh it's not fun or fulfilling, because NO amount of worldly pleasures can even come CLOSE to the joy that comes from God.
